All Brokers agree to treat all sellers who list their property with any
Broker with the utmost courtesy and respect and in no manner injure the
reputation or professional ability of any other Broker.
The Listing Broker my authorize the Showing Broker to make direct
contact for an appointment, subject to prior approval by the seller, but
this authorization does not waive the duty of the showing Broker to call a
Listing Broker each and every time he wants an appointment for a showing.
The Showing Broker must receive showing consent
before showing a property.
When a seller contacts a Showing Broker directly, subsequent to a
showing, the Showing Broker shall inform the Listing Broker shortly
thereafter of the discussion with the seller.
Showing Reports shall be communicated to the Listing Broker’s Office as
soon as possible.
All Brokers and Salespersons shall leave a business card at the
property upon showing a home listed in the MLS.
Be certain to turn off all lights that you may have been turned on
while showing, close all blinds and curtains you opened and make sure all
doors are securely closed as you leave.
